Menlo Security is the company this is currently providing a small part of internet security to the DoD's official networks. They are the reason why you sometime see the small DISA logo in the lower-right of your browser window; and that files downloaded get scanned first and you are asked whether or not you want to save a "safe copy" of a file. Unfortunately, this security sometimes breaks parts of webpages that we need to work. Please do the below to turn it off so that things work again.
NOTE: when you log into a computer again, this may turn on again so please check if you need to turn if off again.
- Open "Internet Options" > Connections > LAN Settings
- Uncheck the box beside "Use automatic configuration script"
- Close and reopen any browser sessions you already have.
