To request a new ONE-Net account or re-enable a disabled/deleted ONE-Net account, you will need to fill out a SAAR-N (Form DD2875), sign the Navy User Agreement (NUA), and complete the latest Cyber Awareness Challenge training.
The required paperwork are available at the bottom of this article. Once you have completed the DD2875, signed the NUA, and completed the Cyber Awareness training, please submit a ticket with all documents attached and your local IT will work to process.
