When Citrix Receiver/Workspace is not working properly or you find that the launch.ica file will not open anything, you can reset the agent on your computer to get things working again.
- Close out of all of your browser windows.
- In the bottom-right corner of your screen, right-click the Citrix Workspace icon and choose "Advanced Preferences." Note that you may need to open up the system tray to see hidden icons.
- In Advanced Preferences, click "Reset Citrix Workspace."
- Confirm that you want to reset Citrix Workspace to it's default settings.
