Using the Citrix client or "Receiver" is normally preferred as it gives you full functionality with the application working as if it was on your own computer. Alternatively, if Receiver is not working, you can switch to HTML5 to launch applications.
To do this,
- Click the gear icon under the logout button on your Citrix dashboard.
- Choose "HTML5" when the prompt comes up.
- Click an icon to launch an application as normal and a new tab of the browser you are using will open. Inside it will be the application you wanted to open.
If you want to change back to Citrix Receiver (Workspace), please choose "Cirtix Receiver" during step 2.
