If you have obtained a new ID card, you will not be able to open encrypted emails sent to you before you acquired your new ID card. This is because your new ID cards comes with new certificates and will not be able to decrypt emails encrypted with your old certificates. In order to retain access to these emails, you will need to download and install your old certificates. Please download and follow the instructions in the guide below.
