If any site using RecTrac reports that they are receiving a WebSpeed
Messenger (6019) error when they try to launch RecTrac, have them clear the
Google Chrome browser cache.
To clear the cache, click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of
the browser, select Settings, Privacy and Security, Delete Browsing Data,
check the boxes labelled "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images
and files." And select Delete Data. Restart Chrome and relaunch RecTrac.
