AIMS is the network that runs all of CNIC's enterprise software applications; including Citrix, Kronos, SAP, RecTrac, CYMS, Qubica, and Opera. For all access, you will need to complete the latest Cyber Awareness Challenge, OPSEC Awareness, Safeguarding PII, and PCI-DSS Awareness trainings. Once you do that, there are two different routes for requesting access.
Note: The Cyber Awareness Challenge, OPSEC Awareness, and Safeguarding PII trainings are also available on TWMS.
Frontline Access
If you only need frontline access as a cashier, clerk, or aide and will only be accessing AIMS applications through an AIMS computer, fill out to the best of your ability the "Navy Region Japan - Frontline User Account Request" form attached below and digitally sign it with your supervisor. Then, submit the form and your training completion certificates in a support request for processing.
Citrix Access
If you need access to AIMS applications through ONE-Net, you will need to sign-up for and submit an access request through CNIC HQ's HelpDesk solution, ServiceNow. If you are having difficulty obtaining a ServiceNow account and are directed by your Local IT, please find the "User Agreement" below.
Processing Time
Frontline access typically takes one to two business days for account creation but may take longer depending on backlog and type of access requested. Once account creation is completed, the CNRJ IT team will forward account credentials to the approver's email provided in the access form.
Citrix access takes a little longer at about one business week depending on the backlog and applications requested. CNIC HQ will email the user their credentials directly.
